Our
History
Mr Bristle’s story began with a simple but powerful idea.
In the early 1990s, Adam Hartnack founded Adhart Industries, manufacturing pine furniture for export from a small workshop in Norton. During production, large quantities of timber offcuts were being discarded. Rather than seeing waste, Adam saw opportunity. Those timber offcuts became broom handles and sticks, an innovation that ultimately led to the growth of Mr Bristle.
What began as a practical solution evolved into a proudly Zimbabwean manufacturing business serving major retailers, wholesalers and industrial customers nationwide.
What has never changed is our commitment to local manufacturing, innovation and quality. We believe in creating products that last, supporting Zimbabwean jobs and contributing to the growth of local industry.
